This historic publication is a report on the significant activities, themes, conclusions, and findings of the National Community Housing Resource Board Conference, which was held in Washington, D.C. from September 28 – October 1, 1982. Community Housing Resource Boards (CHRBs) are mechanisms by which localities can participate in HUD’s voluntary fair housing compliance program, by facilitating a Voluntary Affirmative Marketing Agreement between HUD and the National Association of Realtors.
