This report presents findings on HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. The RAD program is intended to improve physical conditions, resident quality of life, and long-term affordability of HUD assisted housing developments. In particular, the report assesses outcomes and the well-being of children living in developments that have undergone rehab and conversion under the RAD program at the Fresno Housing Authority.
