This brochure outlines several suggestions for the manufactured home owner, or park owner, to reduce or prevent damage to the home. The suggestions are presented for both new and existing homes. While these suggestions do increase the cost of home installation they can -- if implemented properly -- provide significant savings by reducing or eliminating the cost of repairing the home after an earthquake.
