Affordable Housing for Individuals, Families, and People With Developmental Disabilities

Willakenzie Crossing in Eugene, Oregon is providing independent living opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities in a noninstitutional setting. The 56-unit project includes 16 units reserved for developmentally disabled adults, with the remainder of the housing reserved for low-income seniors and families.
