Vacant And Abandoned Properties: Turning Liabilities Into Assets

PD&R is pleased to announce that Congressman Dan Kildee from the 5th District of Michigan will provide the keynote address at its quarterly briefing, "Vacant and Abandoned Properties: Turning Liabilities to Assets."

The Congressman was instrumental in creating the Genesee County Land Bank, which has helped prevent foreclosures and keep families in their homes, and in founding the Center for Community Progress, a national leader in solutions that transform vacant and blighted areas into vibrant, thriving neighborhoods. A panel discussion by experts in the field will follow Congressman Kildee’s remarks.

  • Alan Mallach, Nonresident Senior Fellow, Brookings Institution and Senior Fellow, Center for Community Progress
