This historic document is the minutes of the second meeting of the Finance Committee of the Housing Advisory Council of the Federal Housing Administration. The meeting took place at 10:00am on January 15, 1935 and was attended by chairman Robert V. Fleming, executive secretary Wayne F. Palmer, members F.S. Cannon, R.R. Rogers, and Charles A. Miller, and seven members of the Federal Housing Administration. The principle matters for discussion and up for votes were whether the limit for insurable loans should be raised, and whether a series of rule changes for National Mortgage Associations should be adopted.
