Financing Lower-Priced Homes: Small Mortgage Loans

In response to a Congressional request in the FY21 Appropriations Bill, this report provides data on small dollar mortgage lending, discusses barriers to lending on lower-priced homes, and describes FHA programs and policies that relate to small dollar mortgage loans.
