Rehabilitation Guidelines 1982: Guideline on the Rehabilitation of Walls, Windows, and Roofs
This historic publication is part of a series of housing rehabilitation guidelines, to be adopted by states and localities on a voluntary basis and used in conjunction with existing building codes. Prepared by the National Institute of Building Sciences for HUD’s Office of Policy Development and Research, the series was written to fulfill the requirements of the Housing and Community Development Amendments adopted by Congress in 1978. This volume, the last of ten and the second of the volumes published after the initial 1980 series, is a technical manual describing the procedures for rehabilitating doors, windows, walls, and roofs.
