MITCHELL MARGESON

Mitchell Margeson has over 15 years of continuous improvement experience, over 35 years of experience working with the federal government. He has an MBA in International Business and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) and has facilitated and led numerous improvement and culture change efforts for federal government staffs and executive leaders. He has coached, mentored, and trained over 200 students leading to over $112M in saving and over $73M in self-led projects. Mitchell is currently a lead manager in creating the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s first Office of Innovation.
