Meeting of the Moving to Work Research Advisory Committee – Registration for Public Comment

Thank you for your interest in the Moving to Work Expansion. This page allows interested members of the public to pre-register to attend and/or provide public comment during the September 1 and September 2, 2016 meeting of the Moving to Work Research Advisory Committee.

Join HUD’s Office of Public and Indian Housing and Office of Policy Development and Research either in-person or by conference call on September 1, 2016, and/or September 2, 2016 to discuss the framework and associated research methodologies for potential policies that HUD may require new MTW PHAs to test as a condition of admittance to the program.

These events are open to the public; however, you must register through this site in order to attend (either in-person or by phone) and/or to provide comments during the meetings.

The meeting will be held at the HUD Headquarters building in Washington, DC with public participation either in-person or by conference line. Members of the public can register to attend one or both days of the meeting.

There will be 4 opportunities for public comment during the meeting; however, the total amount of time for public comments will be limited to ensure pertinent Committee business is completed. If the number of commenters exceeds the available time, HUD will implement a lottery to select commenters. HUD may request the submission via email of other comments that cannot be provided during the meeting.

Additional information about the meeting agenda and logistics can be found at:
