This historic study, prepared by a research consortium for a contract originating with the Office of Economic Opportunity within the Executive Office of the President and later transferred to HUD, examines housing law in the rural U.S. south. The authors provide a review of the housing policy present in twelve areas within the region. This publication is the sixth and final volume in the series.
