4-Bedroom Rent Calculation for Ward County,

The 4-Bedroom FMR for Ward County, TX is computed as a function of the ratio of the 2010 5-Year 4-Bedroom American Community Survey Rent to the 2010 5-Year 2-Bedroom American Community Survey Rent. This 4-Bedroom Rent Ratio is applied to the Final FY 2014 2-Bedroom FMR to determine the 4-Bedroom FMR.
