Dear Friend of Evidence-Based Government,

You now have more time to help shape HUD's research! The Office of Policy Development and Research is extending the deadline to submit ideas for HUD's Research Roadmap by two weeks. Stakeholders from federal agencies, state and local practitioners, advocacy groups, and private sector partners have already contributed more than three hundred suggested research questions for HUD to explore, but we know there are more good ideas out there.

The new deadline to submit questions to HUDResearchRoadmap@huduser.gov is 5:00 PM EDT on Friday June 14, 2019.

Help us identify new developments, emerging opportunities, and important gaps in housing and community development research to inform the development of a new Research Roadmap. HUD's Research Roadmap is an evidence-building plan that guides the Department's research efforts to ensure our research strengthens housing and community development policy. More information on the Research Roadmap is found on www.HUDuser.gov, including: a recording of our Kickoff event, past PD&R evaluations and research, and forums in which you can post research questions or present issues for HUD to consider.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

PD&R Research Roadmap Team
