2017-2019 National and Metropolitan CINCH and Rental Dynamics Report Temporarily Unavailable February 28, 2024

The 2017-2019 National and Metropolitan CINCH and Rental Dynamics reports are temporarily unavailable due to a coding error that did not account for a change to the classification of noninterview cases during the time period. Specifically, a change to the classification of cases recorded as "demolitions and disaster losses" affected how temporary and permanent losses were tabulated in the reports and how weights for the analysis were calculated. HUD has removed the reports until the full scope of the impact of this change is known. We apologize for any inconvenience this creates and are working to provide corrected 2017-2019 National and Metropolitan CINCH and Rental Dynamics reports as soon as possible.
