This historical report, undertaken by the Southwest Research Institute and HUD's Office of Policy Development and Research, is an analysis of the adequacy of 1976's Mobile Home Construction and Safety Standards and an attempt to improve upon those standards. This volume, the fourth of six, is dedicated primarily to the description of computer models used by the researchers to simulate and predict wear to mobile homes over time.
