This historic document is a collection of records of the proceedings and conclusions reached by 10 groups of delegates attending the first Women’s Congress on Housing held by the Housing and Home Finance Agency. The delegates, all women, were seated according to geographic region, and discussed preferences on housing, including layout, construction, sizing, and more. The document is prefaced by a letter from Annabelle Heath, Assistant Administrator at the Office of the Administrator of the Housing and Home Finance Agency.
