The AHS instrument is in English.  In some cases translators are used, but
there is no variable on the public use file that indicates this.  We do not
ask about primary language.

Could someone tell me if the AHS interviews are conducted in any
language other than English, and if so, if there is a way to identify
those cases in which the interview was not conducted in English?

Also, I have not found a question relating to the primary language that
is spoken within the household.  Am I overlooking anything?  (I am aware

of the new questions regarding nativity and citizenship).

Thanks for any help that you might be able to provide.
