Court decisions and government regulations establish requirements that have an impact on the day-to-day activities of housing managers. This workshop is designed to prepare you to implement your responsibilities in a manner that is consistent with the requirements established by law. You should preferably have completed the workshop on Leasing Procedures for Housing Managers before taking this workshop. In order to enable you to comply with litigation, regulations, and guidelines, this workshop has three overall goals:

  1. To enable you to comply with responsibilities resulting from relevant court decisions,
  2. To enable you to comply with relevant local laws and regulations, and
  3. To enable you to comply with relevant Federal legislation and guidelines.
