AHS: data gathering

Hi,
I’ve been following the conversation about data gathering in the voucher holding world...students, etal
And I wonder if the PIC system used in public housing might not have all that information already......that system knows who the voucher holders are, where they are, etc
Does not the Housing Survey integrate data from PIC?
