Moving Forward: PD&R's Biennial Report

HUD's Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R) has released its biennial report, Moving Forward, which covers work PD&R completed in Fiscal Years 2013 and 2014 and provides an update on projects underway or planned. The report describes PD&R's crucial role in supporting the mission of HUD by conducting, supporting, and sharing research, surveys, demonstrations, program evaluations, and best practices.
