A Method for Employing Sampling Techniques in Housing Surveys

This publication describes the purpose of taking community housing surveys, and the techniques by which to do so in order to achieve specified levels of statistical accuracy. The report is divided into two sections: the first describes survey methods in language appropriate for a layman, which the second section provides a technical explanation of the sampling procedures necessary.
