This year's third edition of Breakthroughs has just been posted on the Regulatory Barriers Clearinghouse (RBC) website. In this issue, you'll read about Maryland's efforts to promote affordable housing for military households, a new California law that focuses on environment and affordable housing, and impact fee cuts to increase housing affordability.
