AHS Users-
Version 1.50 of the AHS codebook has been released and is available on the HUD USER website at:https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/ahs.html.
There were a number of minor improvements, with the biggest improvement/change being a more in-depth description of how top-coding works and descriptions on the variables that are top-coded.
This release of the codebook is approximately 70 pages shorter than the last release. All information is still there, the bottom margin was just changed by 1/2” and that had a larger impact than we expected.
As usual, we welcome any questions/comments/corrections for the codebook. My contact information is below or in the codebook.
