I am looking for some rules and regulations that govern the actions of HUD renters.

Our bank is interested in learning about any programs that provide benefits for persons with disabilities who are beneficiaries of a Special Needs Trust. We have learned of possible HUD benefits (mainly rental assistance) when the beneficiary “rents” the residential property owned by the Special Needs Trust. Can you please direct me to any available programs?
