Historical and Archived Reports
The Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R) has sponsored groundbreaking research since the 1970s. Research priorities have differed over the years, with varying mixes of housing studies, housing technology research, demonstrations, HUD program evaluations, and policy reports that remain relevant today. These historical documents are now available to the public; providing access to original research that continues to help inform modern-day policy decisions. The reports displayed on this page are from our collection of scanned historical reports and archived publications. Use the drop down menu below to browse reports by publication year.
